To use:

Take a lighter or match and light one end of the stick. Let it burn for about 30 seconds then blow out gently. Let the smoke fill the room to cleanse any bad energy and take some deep breaths with good intentions to set your mind. You can let the stick smolder in an abalone shell, metal bowl, or clay bowl. The ember should extinguish on its own unless you blow on it to keep it going!

You can also use this smoke to cleanse your crystals! Just let it burn in the bowl and pass your crystals through the smoke, keeping good intentions in mind and asking the crystal to release any bad energy and accept new and improved intentions
