From my hands to yours, this one-of-a-kind pair is part of my Salt & Spell mini collection, inspired by ocean caves, mineral formations, and the slow magic of time.
These earrings feature two tiny dark blue to black stalactites, each set in solid sterling silver. I hand-built the settings in wax and cast them using the lost wax casting technique, allowing the metal to take on an organic, flowing form around each stone.
Each stalactite is held in place by three delicate claw prongs, while the surrounding silver curves and moves in a way that feels almost liquid like something naturally formed rather than constructed.
They are intentionally asymmetrical - sisters, not twins - each with its own shape and energy while still belonging together as a pair.
With a soft 1.5" drop, they bring just the right amount of movement and quiet edge.
Stalactites are formed slowly over time, layer by layer making them a beautiful symbol of patience, transformation, and becoming. These feel like embracing your evolution, honoring the in-between stages, and trusting the natural rhythm of things.
Like the tide itself, always shifting, always returning.
